About the Colorado Coalition for Girls:
The Colorado Coalition for Girls is a collaboration of organizations and individuals that unite in order to create, strengthen, and expand opportunities for all girls in Colorado. We know that girls have unique needs and we are committed to providing pathways for our members to address those needs through professional development, networking and collaboration, information sharing, gender specific research, and advocacy.
About the Conference:
Why Girls? Because girls are unique and working with girls is different then working with boys. The Third Annual Colorado Conference on Girls aims to bring together people who work with and on behalf of girls across Colorado to network, increase collaboration, build capacity, and educate around issues dealing with and concerning girls. This conference will help direct service providers, advocates, policy makers, and community members learn and dialogue about emerging issues and solutions to systemic problems.
